Refund & Return Policy

Returns We do not accept general returns or exchanges. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged (see below).

Damaged Item Replacement Warranty If your product arrives damaged, you are covered under our replacement warranty:

  • You must report the damage within 3 days of receiving your order
  • You must provide evidence of the damage (clear photos or video of the product and packaging)
  • Once verified, we will send you a free replacement at no additional cost

How to Report Damage Email us at supporthaisamcart@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photo/video evidence of the damage. Our team will review and confirm your replacement.

Important Claims submitted after the 3-day window, or without sufficient evidence, may not be eligible for replacement. We encourage customers to inspect their order as soon as it arrives.
